The first step of the process is an important one, we have a series of meetings with the client to map out their exact needs and functionalities for the service. What is the base necessity for the eventual product and what steps need to be taken to achieve the optimal product. This step in the process can differ per service we offer; whether the client is looking for a new website, application, software or some kind of design. The tools vary but when it comes down to it the first step we take is always with the same goal in mind; clarity, we need to know what the client wants and how this can be achieved in an effective manner.
Tools
We have several ways in which we can map out the needs and functionalities of different services and platforms. We often use wireframes and flowcharts to show off different functionalities we could implement into the service. This gives our clients a clear general overview of the possible functionalities, timeline and budget. It also showcases several basic designs that the client can expect once the project is complete. This helps our clients to make a more informed decision regarding their level of investment into the project.
Planning
After having mapped out all of the characteristics of the project the team can start to produce a planning schedule that is specifically catered to the project. The project often gets split up in several clear modules that map out which functionalities come with which costs. Clients can use these modules to see what they can get out of their budget and what can be added on at a later date. Seeing as projects can have vastly different sizes these modules often vary on necessary working hours and time investment. We aim to give the client a clear image of the possibilities and opportunities of the project, so the client can get the most out of their respective budget.
Digital Know-how
Our team has extensive experience in the creation of digital components, whether its websites, applications or entire systems, our team has done it before. We have a vast network of close-knit designers and programmers that we utilize to create the best project for our clients. We have the digital know-how and know what a project like this needs to succeed, we arrange the setup and make sure everything follows the planning. Our in-house digital designers have considerable experience in the field and know the pitfalls that certain projects can have, they help steer away from these costly interruptions and bring our clients projects to a higher level.

UI
Our team has a long track record of creating pleasing aesthetics in both digital and physical product design. Whether its cars, 3D Configurators or websites, our design team has designed it before. The user interface is one of the most important aspects in digital projects, a good UI can attract new consumers or upgrade the effectivity of your in-house practices. Most of the UI has been mapped out and has been ‘’greenlit’’ by the client, both parties know the exact functionalities that the project will have, so the team can start designing and shaping the project.
UX
The most important aspect once the service is in use is the user experience, a good UX is often created by several considerations:

Module progress
The design and build your project in several divided sprints, these are set up by the previously described module. We work in this fashion because it gives all parties a clear overview in the process. Clients are continuously updated on the advancement of the project, our communications team is always available for information requests or other updates. We take these precautions so the client can get the most out of their investment whilst always being fully informed.
Lineup
The projects are created by several experienced professionals with different fields of expertise. We find that this is the best way to create the exact picture that the client has in mind, we find the experts in their respective fields and employ them for the clients projects. While doing this we play as intermediary to ensure that the client can get their preferred service with the minimum costs on the previously planned schedule.

Due to our previous experiences in digital creation we have garnered an extensive library of contacts around the world, all with their own expertise and price tag. We use these contacts to create the right team for the clients projects, whether they are from The Netherlands, Serbia or any other place, we find the best. We then inform the team about the clients vision and preferences and divide the workload, due to our extensive experience in the digital field we know what to look for in these projects, and perhaps even more important, we know what to avoid.

Testing
One of the most important steps of any digital process is rigorous testing, we do this to ensure that our clients can rely upon their new functional services the moment they are live. The testing module is very important to ensure the maximum functionality of the eventual service, our team rids the program of bugs and glitches that may intervene with the projects ’functionality
Platforms
Another important detail clients need to consider is the platform availability of the project. Does it need to be applicable to multiple platforms and if so which operating systems should be usable. Our team can implement the project in any system, but, like always, this takes time. Therefore its good to know these details beforehand so our team can calculate these implementations beforehand.
Continued Support
After the project has gone live and is in the running we help our clients with technical support. We do this to ensure that the client can get the maximum efficiency out of their new digital service. Often this involves a technical training for in-house employees to create familiarity with the new system or service.
